Bridgette is a seasoned property management professional with 12 years of experience, ranging from on-site multifamily operations to corporate support across the Coastal Carolinas. With a hands-on understanding of both multifamily garden style and build-to-rent communities, her experience is crucial to supporting our on-site team members. In her role as Regional Manager, she provides direct operational oversight for each Seventeen Residential community.

Bridgette has a demostrated ability to align ownership goals with operational strategies while cultivating high-performing teams.

Bridgette is also a recognized, award-winning industry leader, currently serving as President of the Myrtle Beach Apartment Association (MBAA) and as a Board Member of the South Carolina Apartment Association (SCAA.) Bridgette also received the Community Manager of the Year award from MBAA in 2024 and is a Licensed Property Manager in the state of South Carolina.
