Joe brings over two decades of experience in real estate, construction, and land development to Seventeen Residential. Licensed as a commercial general contractor and real estate broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina, he has built a career rooted in vision, integrity, and hands-on leadership.

After relocating to Myrtle Beach in 2004, Joe played a key role in managing land development for one of the region’s largest private developers. That experience, combined with his entrepreneurial drive, led him to launch his own ventures in real estate development — spanning single-family, commercial, and multi-family construction throughout the Southeast.
