David brings a wealth of experience in real estate development, construction oversight, and operational leadership to his role at Seventeen Residential. Prior to joining the team, he served as project manager with Winchester Land and Development, where he led the successful delivery of four high-rise oceanfront resort projects. He also spearheaded an eight-year master-planned development initiative with Dock Street Communities, helping shape one of Myrtle Beach’s most recognized mixed-use communities within The Market Common.

David is known for his solutions-oriented mindset, his ability to drive process improvements, and his commitment to delivering lasting value. He remains active in the real estate and building communities as a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®, Horry Georgetown Home Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders.
