Abby brings a strong foundation in marketing, management, and multifamily property operations to her role at Seventeen Residential. A graduate of Radford University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management, combining strategic insight with a passion for building well-run, people-centered communities.

Before joining Seventeen Residential, Abby served as a property manager for a Myrtle Beach-based asset, where she led daily operations, resident relations, leasing performance, and on-site team development. Her hands-on experience managing multifamily communities along the Grand Strand gives her valuable insight into both the operational and customer service sides of the business.

Known for her proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and commitment to resident satisfaction, Abby plays a key role in ensuring each property under Seventeen Residential’s care operates smoothly and successfully.
