Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Michael brings more than 27 years of financial expertise to Seventeen Residential. A graduate of Myrtle Beach High School and the University of South Carolina at Coastal Carolina, Michael is a licensed CMA with a strong foundation in corporate and property management accounting.

His career has included key financial roles at respected organizations such as Canal Industries, New South Lumber Company (now Canfor), Wyndham Vacation Resorts, and Capital Vacations. Over the past 15 years, Michael has served as Controller for two prominent property management firms, where he oversaw complex financial operations and supported large-scale portfolios.

At Seventeen Residential, Mike leads all day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring financial transparency, operational efficiency, and strategic growth support. His experience managing budgets across property management, development, and construction projects makes him a vital part of the leadership team.
