In this role, Holly oversees fiscal operations, marketing strategy, personnel development, and physical asset management for a broad portfolio of multi-site communities. Her previous senior leadership experience includes roles with RKW Residential and Camden Property Trust, two of the industry's most respected companies.

A recognized industry leader, Holly has served as President of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association. She holds South Carolina’s the Property Manager-in-Charge (PMIC) license, Holly is also NSPIRE Certified (National Standard for Physical Inspection for Real Estate), exemplifying her commitment to best practices in HUD property management.
